Lakewood Baseball Club is organized and operated by volunteers. No employees... no offices... just dedicated volunteers.
In order to give our volunteers a chance of providing positive youth experiences to our players, we encourage our volunteers to seek educational outlets whenever possible.
One such avenue available is through NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations). The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) is the body that writes the rules for competition for most high school sports and activities in the United States.
The NFHS website has a number of programs that are free (also many others that are fee based). We encourage their use for several reasons; the programs are nationally recognized. and a majority of programs offer a certificate after completion. You simply create a free account and choose from a number of programs.
Please check their website for courses.
